Best suited for advanced users of isochronic tones, as there is no slow lead-in to the active frequency. Beginners may have difficulty getting directly into the low Alpha range. Therefore, the 30-minute TOTAL RELAX session is more suitable for brainwave entrainment beginners.

HOW TO USE

Headphones required - even if it's possible with speakers, headphones are strongly recommended for the best entrainment experience.

Sit or lie down - find a safe and undisturbed place where you can comfortably recline or lie down.

Eyes should be closed - this is how you tune your brain for relaxation.

Choose a pleasant volume - the volume should be chosen that way that the tones, while audible, are not heard loudly.
